محاکمه پرونده های پرسرو صدا در استان سغد معمولا در ساختمان بازداشتگاه استان پشت درهای بسته صورت می گیرد

دادگاه استان سغد در شمال تاجیکستان محاکمه ۱۷ نفر از ساکنان این استان را به اتهام عضویت در جنبش اسلامی ازبکستان، یک سازمان ممنوع، آغاز کرده است.

در جریان محاکمه که در ساختمان بازداشتگاه استان سغد صورت می گیرد، متهمان گفته اند که به دلیل قرار گرفتن تحت شکنجه، به ناچار علیه خود شهادت داده اند و در این زمینه مدرک نیز دارند.

فیض الله نصر الله یف، وکیل مدافع برخی از متهمین روز سه شنبه ۱۵ مه به بی بی سی گفت که این افراد در ماه اکتبر سال گزشته از سوی ماموران امنیتی بازداشت شده بودند.

دادستانی این افراد را به تاسیس گروه جنائی و عضویت در جنبش اسلامی ازبکستان متهم می کند.

جنبش اسلامی ازبکستان که با شبکه القاعده مرتبط دانسته می شود، از سوی دولت های منطقه آسیای میانه و آمریکا در فهرست سازمان های تروریستی قرار داده شده است. این سازمان ممنوع، به گقته مقامات، در قلمرو کشورهای آسیای میانه حملات ترورستی انجام داده است.

فیض الله نصر الله یف خبر داده که در جریان محاکمه، برخی از متهمان گفته اند که بعد از بازداشت مورد شکنجه پلیس و ماموران امنیتی قرار گرفته و ناچار شده اند علیه خود شهادت بدهند.

به گفته آقای نصر الله یف یک تن از متهمان سندی را از سوی پزشکان به دادگاه ارائه کرده است که در آن وجود نشانه های شکنجه در بدن او تائید شده است. آقای نصر الله یف گفته است قاضی تا کنون به این مسئله واکنش نشان نداده است.

وکیل مدافع این افراد از ارائه جزئیات دیگر این محاکمه خودداری کرد. وی گفت که بعد از پایان محاکمه می تواند اطلاع بیشتری را در باره این پرونده در اختیار خبرنگاران قرار دهد.

در اواسط ماه گزشته نیز دادگاه استان سغد پرونده ۳۴ تن از متهامان به عضویت در جنبش اسلامی ازبکستان را بررسی کرده بود و آنها را برای مدت ۸ سال تا ۲۸ سال روانه زندان کرد.

به گفته برخی شرکت کنندگان در این محاکمه، جریان محاکمه حاکی از آن بوده که عضویت اکثر این افراد در جنبش اسلامی ازبکستان کاملا ثابت نشده بود.

همچنین برخی از والدان این افراد به خبرنگاران گفته اند که فرزندانشان در جریان رسیدگی به پرونده شکنجه شده اند.

این در حالی است که هفته گزشته خوان مندز، گزارشگر ویژه سازمان ملل متحد در امور شکنجه از شمال تاجیکستان دیدن کرده و با فعالان حقوق بشر محلی دیدار و گفتگو کرده است.

گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که در دیدار او با وکلای مدافع موضوع شکنجه افراد مظنون به ارتباط با سازمان های ممنوع، از جمله جنبش اسلامی ازبکستان و حزب التحریر، دو سازمان که مقامات آن هارا به انجام فعالیتهای ترورستی متهم می کنند، مطرح شده است.

سازمان عفو بین الملل از سازمان های معتبر فعال در مسایل حقوق بشر، مکررا از موارد شکنجه افراد به هنگام بازداشت در تاجیکستان اظهار نگرانی کرده است.
